The Role

You’ll work closely with a supportive partner and senior lawyers across a broad range of commercial property matters. The role includes:

Acquisition and disposal of commercial, retail, and industrial properties

Commercial and retail leasing (landlord and tenant)

Property development and off-the-plan work

Due diligence and advisory for institutional clients and high-net-worth individuals

You’ll also have the opportunity to assist on major redevelopment projects and work with repeat clients across sectors including tourism, retail, and agribusiness.

About You

We’re looking for a lawyer with:

2 - 4 years’ PAE in property or real estate law

Strong drafting skills and attention to detail

Ability to manage transactions and liaise directly with clients

A genuine interest in long-term career development within a stable, supportive team
