As standard, we offer a shift between 7.30 am – 4.30 pm Monday to Friday. This can be negotiated to suit your needs if required.

How You Will Help Us

Working closely with our Integrator (General Manager), you will enable effective & efficient internal functions, including Executive Support and HR Administration. You’ll coordinate calendars, cross-functional commitments, and deliver timely People & Culture/HR support to keep our team aligned and thriving.

You will have an eye for detail and be passionate about the completion of tasks and projects, tracking and following up on cross-functional commitments to drive accountability.

Deliver accurate HR administration, including onboarding, compliance, and engagement.

Facilitate and coordinate recruitment and employee lifecycle processes.

Monitor and triage the HR@ inbox, with a high degree of confidentiality and sensitivity, escalating as needed

Provide hands-on office support, including admin tasks and facilities coordination.

Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting documentation.

Assist with internal events, workshops, and team logistics

Skills you need

2+ years in a similar role supporting leadership

Tertiary qualifications in business management or HR

Strong organisational and time management skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

High confidentiality and attention to detail

Tech confident and a logical problem solver

Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Good time management and prioritising skills to complete tasks within a business environment
