Our client, a leading healthcare organisation, is seeking experienced Customer Service & Admin professionals to assist in a busy contact centre-style environment. This is a casual ongoing opportunity, suited to those with strong communication, multitasking and CRM experience.
This role is based in Scoresby, supporting critical service operations across the broader supply chain and health service network.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to high-volume inbound enquiries (approx. 40–50 calls/day)
Action and manage service tickets using CRM/ticketing platforms
Complete accurate data entry and system updates
Liaise with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure timely follow-through
Work under minimal supervision in a high-pressure setting
About You:
Previous customer service or contact centre experience is essential
Proficiency in CRM systems such as Salesforce, Zendesk, etc.
Comfortable using Excel at an intermediate level
Experience with platforms like JDA, BC, or Oracle highly regarded
Excellent communication and time management skills
Able to handle high workloads and competing priorities
What’s on Offer:
$33.70 per hour + Superannuation
