Are you a content whiz with a knack for turning ideas into scroll-stopping videos, reels, and posts?
We’re on the lookout for a passionate Social Media Content Creator to elevate our brand presence and tell our story across multiple platforms!

About the Role
As our in-house Content Creator, you’ll be responsible for ideating, capturing, editing, and publishing engaging content that aligns with our brand voice and marketing goals. You’ll work closely with our construction and leadership teams to create content that informs, inspires, and grows our online community and generates leads.

Key Responsibilities

Film and edit short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, Stories)

Capture high-quality photos and behind-the-scenes moments

Pitch creative ideas for campaigns and promotions

Plan and schedule content calendars across platforms

Monitor performance metrics and adapt content strategy accordingly

Collaborate with team members to showcase real people, real projects, and real results

We’re Looking For
✅ Proven experience creating social media content (portfolio required)
✅ Strong video editing and photo editing skills (Premiere Pro, CapCut, Canva, etc.)
✅ Understanding of social media trends and algorithms
✅ Ability to work independently and bring creative ideas to the table
✅ Excellent communication and storytelling skills
✅ Bonus: Experience in construction, trades, or lifestyle branding
