About the role
Join the expanding Modos Group team as a full-time Project Administrator, based in our Nerang, Queensland office. In this varied and engaging role, you will provide vital administrative support across the organisation, playing a key part in our continued growth and success.
What you'll be doing
Performing a wide range of administrative duties, including file management, data entry, report compilation, and general office organisation.
Liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure the smooth running of daily operations
Providing exceptional customer service to colleagues and clients
Assisting with the coordination travel arrangements and equipment hire
Supporting the implementation of new processes and procedures to drive efficiency
Undertaking ad-hoc projects and tasks as required
What we're looking for
Proven experience in Administration or Claims/Job Management
Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Adaptability and a willingness to learn new skills
