Join the Department of Education and Trainings Registered Training Organisation as a Continuous Improvement Senior Advisor and play a pivotal role in shaping high-quality VET programs for students across the Northern Territory. You will provide expert advice on training and assessment, ensure Registered Training Organisation compliance with national standards, and lead innovative continuous improvement initiatives. If you are a strategic thinker with strong experience in quality assurance and a passion for policy, we want to hear from you.

The Department of Education and Training RTO delivers nationally accredited VET to school aged students, servicing the whole of the Northern Territory. It seeks to expand regionalised provision of VET to all urban and remote schools, while developing policies and building an expert workforce of VET professionals. The RTO supports the capacity of schools to employ VET trainers and auspices their delivery, developing and managing appropriate contextualised programs that lead to post-school outcomes.
