Edutemps is recruiting a driven and consultative Course Advisor to support national growth across two key training portfolios: Paramedicine and Work Health and Safety (WHS) qualifications.
You’ll work with a mix of inbound student enquiries and outbound business development activity, helping individuals and organisations access nationally recognised, fee-for-service training programs.
This is a full-time, target-driven role offering uncapped commission and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in health and safety education.
About the Role
Launching in August, you'll guide prospective learners through discovery conversations, identify employer training needs, and convert interest into enrolments through a consultative, outcome-focused approach.
You’ll be supported by digital marketing, a strong operational team, and modern CRM tools.
This role focuses entirely on fee-for-service training and is ideal for an experienced advisor or sales professional from the RTO, health, or education sector.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to inbound leads and guide prospective students through enrolment decisions
Conduct outbound outreach to promote WHS training to employer groups
Present training options to business clients and convert to enrolments
Use HubSpot CRM to manage leads and track activity
Collaborate with internal teams to align on strategy, reporting, and learner outcomes
Build strong relationships with individuals and businesses to drive growth
About You
5+ years’ experience in business development, education sales, or similar
Experience working in the VET, healthcare, or compliance training sectors
Strong communicator with persuasive and empathetic selling style
Confident with cold outreach and warm lead nurturing
Proficient in CRM platforms such as HubSpot
Highly organised, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
Brisbane or Sydney based (remote role)
