An exciting opportunity waits for a Senior Occupational Therapist to join our Sub-Acute Occupational Therapy team!
As a Senior Occupational Therapist, you will play a key role in clinical leadership, quality improvement, governance, and staff supervision within the Sub Acute Care – Rehabilitation stream.
You’ll be supported by a collaborative team of senior clinicians and management, ensuring you have the resources and mentorship to thrive in your role.
To be successful, applicants will have:
Extensive post-graduate experience, delivering high-level, contemporary occupational therapy services.
A deep understanding of Aboriginal culture and experience working with patients from diverse cultural and social backgrounds.
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to mentor, supervise, and support staff and students.
Exceptional organisational skills, capable of managing a high-volume, complex caseload effectively.
A commitment to professional development and continuous improvement in clinical practice.
