We are located in Revesby and have a well-established business with a large client base. The Fencing Warehouse is looking to hire a receptionist and sales assistant. We are based in Revesby and have a well-established business with a large customer base. This is a perfect opportunity to boost your existing customer service and communication skills! Previous fencing knowledge isn't necessary, as we train all our staff ourselves; however, it would be a bonus!

Previous knowledge of fencing isn't required, as we do educate all our employees ourselves; however, it would be a plus!

Key Responsibilities:

Counter and Phone Sales

• Taking orders from customers, answering, screening, and transferring phone calls

• Assisting with general inquiries and customer leads

• Handling money

• Customer service

• Preparing orders and quotes

• Ensuring the front desk and customer areas stay clean and organised

• Administration

• Other general office and reception duties

Position: Casual/Full Time
