About the Role
We’re looking for a dynamic Rostering & Administration Coordinator to join our team and take charge of staff rostering across our service.
Your mission: ensure every shift is covered, every participant receives the right support at the right time, and every detail aligns with NDIS plans and quality standards. You’ll play a key part in service continuity, workforce management, and supporting the people behind our care.
This position is based at the corporate office in Stirling and suits an individual that can work independently and collaboratively. This is a full-time contract position.
Key Responsibilities
Create and manage rosters for SIL, community, and in-home services
Match support workers with participants based on skills and preferences
Proactively manage planned and unplanned leave
Ensure compliance with the SCHADS Award and NDIS service delivery standards
Communicate with support staff, management, and families about changes
Use platforms like FlowLogic to maintain up-to-date records
Support after-hours rostering (on-call) as required
Strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise demands, escalate where required, anticipate needs and forward plan
Maintain Registers eg Asset Register etc
Provide general office support including document preparation, filing, scheduling, ordering of office supplies, and responding to customer queries
Provide support as needed during all stages of recruitment processes
What You’ll Bring
Demonstrated experience in rostering & scheduling within NDIS, aged care, or community services
Excellent attention to detail, organisational and time management skills
Ability to interpret and apply the SCHADS Award
Ensuring all staff within the roster have full compliance
Ensuring schedule of supports are set up in the rostering system in accordance with correct funding.
A calm, solutions-focused, and colllaborative approach when juggling competing priorities
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Tech-savvy and proficient in Microsoft 365 (Teams, Word, Excel) with fast typing skills and experience using rostering software e.g. FlowLogic

Completion of NDIS Worker Orientation Module
