I have a relevant tertiary qualification (e.g., Social Work, Mental Health, Social Science, Community Services, Nursing, Psychology) OR extensive sector experience.

I have at least ONE YEAR experience as an Independent Support Coordinator, with an ABN, Insurances and valid NDIS Worker Screening Checks.

I have a current caseload of participants that I want to continue supporting into the future.
