In this fast paced and ever changing immigration law sector, we are seeking for a Registered Migration Agent so we can offer fast, reliable, efficient and variety of migration solutions to our clients. We are truly customer focused firm and go above and beyond to assist our clients.

Key Responsibilities

1. Providing prompt and accurate advice to the clients

2. Meeting the clients and applicants to prepare their application

3. Prepare and lodge visa applications and skills assessments

4. Conduct detailed consultations and manage client relationships

5. Maintain accurate case files and prepare legal submissions

6. Communicate with the Department of Home Affairs, ART, and other authorities

7. Assist in ART appeals for visa refusals or cancellations

8. Keep up to date with legislative and policy changes

9. Collaborate with the team on marketing and client engagement

Essential Required Criteria:

1. Must be registered with OMARA.

1. Minimum of 1–2 years of migration experience preferred

2. Must have excellent communication skills (Oral as well as written)

3. Be able to work within the team

4. Knows how and what to prioritize

5. Must be committed to the work and clients

6. Thrives in a pressurized environment

7. Is up-to-date with the Migration changes
