TOTM Migration is the migration arm of Techs On The Move. The boring description of what we need: TOTM Migration is looking for a confident and engaged RMA who enjoys working in a skilled visa environment.

The real description of what we need: TOTM Migration is looking for an RMA who wants to be valued and supported as part of a close-knit team where growth opportunities are real and success is celebrated together. We prioritise attitude over experience (but will happily pay the salary that should go along with years in the role), a keen eye for detail, and someone that will contribute their own flair to a workplace culture that balances professionality with fun.

We exclusively serve Australia’s automotive industry and specialise in SID and ENS visas for auto tradespeople. TOTM Migration is currently fed visa work by approx. 500 vehicle dealerships across the country, and as industry pros we have our processes dialled for maximum efficiency and customer service. We mostly stay in our lane, doing only work we know we can push out quickly and effectively while occasionally picking up a family or visitor visa for our existing clients. Is it the most varied migration work? No. Does it make for good business and good client outcomes? Absolutely. Does it allow the opportunity for our RMAs to focus on the applicants and leave the sales pressure to someone else? Yes, yes it does.

However, we also have major growth plans underway to disrupt a new growing sector, so we need to bolster our team. Here’s an opportunity for a new RMA to come into an established business and help us make a mark in an exciting new venture where we will replicate the efficiencies that have made our focus on automotive so successful for the last 15 years.

What does the role pay though? Lots if you’re good – we pay talented people what they deserve. We’d love to pay a good RMA 6 figures and beyond, it’s all down to what you bring.

Can you work remotely? Yes – we tend to come together as a team at our offices in Pyrmont three days a week and work from home the other two.

Are there any other perks? Yes – our staff don’t buy their own morning coffee, every Thursday is pub lunch day, Friday is always work from home, and our incoming HR officer is a sausage dog.
