Due to fast growth in our company, we are seeking a Registered Migration Agent who is ready to take on the responsibilities and work towards the long term career growth alongside a fantastic team members.

In this fast paced and ever changing immigration law sector, we are seeking for a Registered Migration Agent so we can offer fast, reliable, efficient and variety of migration solutions to our clients. We are truly customer focused firm and go above and beyond to assist our clients.

Following are the Roles & Responsibilities:

Providing prompt and accurate advice to the clients

Meeting the clients and applicants to prepare their application

Preparing and lodging the visa applications with the Department of Home Affairs on behalf of the clients

Preparing and maintaining the records for the applicants

Communication with the authorities such as Department of Home Affairs, ART, Skill assessing bodies via email or phone

Working with the clients for ART cases in case of visa refusals or cancellations

Assisting with marketing campaigns and advertisement for migration related updates

Preparing and lodging skill assessments for the clients

Essential Criteria:

Must be registered with OMARA.

Must have excellent communication skills (Oral as well as written)

Be able to work within the team

Knows how and what to prioritize

Must be committed to the work and clients

Thrives in a pressurized environment

Is up-to-date with the Migration changes
