We are looking for a Registered Migration Agent/ Migration Assistant to join our busy migration agency in Sydney's inner west.

The ideal candidate will be a Registered Migration Agent with experience working on various visa subclasses.

The main tasks of the role include:

Assist with preparing, lodging, and managing visa and citizenship applications

Support and collaborate with our Principal Migration Agent

Provide timely and accurate advice to clients on visa options and eligibility

Manage case files, documentation, and client records

What We’re Looking For

Strong interest in Australian immigration and migration law

Knowledge of visa types and the migration process

Previous experience in a migration or legal setting (preferred)

Excellent attention to detail and written communication skills

Strong time management and ability to meet deadlines

Proficiency with Microsoft Office

Currently studying, recently graduated, or newly registered as an RMA
