Key Responsibilities

Provide accurate and strategic migration advice to clients

Prepare and lodge visa applications and skills assessments

Conduct detailed consultations and manage client relationships

Maintain accurate case files and prepare legal submissions

Communicate with the Department of Home Affairs, ART, and other authorities

Assist in ART appeals for visa refusals or cancellations

Keep up to date with legislative and policy changes

Collaborate with the team on marketing and client engagement

About You

Current MARA registration (OMARA Registered Migration Agent)

Minimum of 1–2 years of migration experience preferred

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong case management and organizational abilities

Knowledge of Australian migration law and visa subclasses

Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
