About the Role

As a Project Coordinator, you’ll be based in our Sunshine Coast office, support the planning, execution, and delivery of smart sensor and automation deployments for horticultural clients across Australia. You’ll work closely with our Project Manager and collaborate across tech, engineering, customer support, and delivery teams to keep projects on track and clients informed.

This role is ideal for someone looking to build their career in project delivery – offering hands-on experience, mentoring, and growing responsibility as your skills develop.

What You’ll Be Doing

Assist with planning, scheduling, and coordinating projects from kickoff to delivery

Liaise with internal teams and external partners to keep tasks moving

Maintain timelines, budgets, and resource trackers (e.g. Excel, Monday.com)

Create and manage documentation, including schedules, reports, and installation plans

Monitor project dashboards and flag risks or issues

Take on small projects independently as your confidence and capability grow

Ensure clear, professional communication with growers and stakeholders

About You

0–2 years’ experience in a coordination, admin, or junior project support role

Highly organised with excellent attention to detail

Confident communicator and collaborator

Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn

Passionate about making a difference in agriculture, technology, or sustainability

Familiarity with remote teams or project tools (e.g. Monday.com) is a bonus
