About the opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager to join our team in Central Queensland – Gladstone based.

As the Project Manager you will deliver the following:

Management of multi-site projects

Managing and coordinating projects end-to-end including:

• Concept development
• Management of engineering studies and option analysis
• Capital approval
• Design management including engineering consultant management
• Procurement management
• Contractor engagement
• Fabrication quality management
• Stakeholder management
• Project tracking and reporting
• Construction Management
• Commissioning, handover and project close-out

Experience

Qualification in Project Management essential

Degree level qualification in Engineering preferred

5 - 10 years’ experience in project management

Experience in a project management role in Government Infrastructure and/or Heavy Industry

Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills including MS Project

Ability to effectively communicate and build rapport with internal and external stakeholders

Ability to self-manage

Excellent relationship skills and a great team player

Excellent written and oral communication skills
