At Garner, we partner with our clients to accelerate their revenue by building awareness, driving leads, and converting sales. Our tailored and effective outbound Lead Generation Strategies and End-to-End Sales support ensure our clients experience an increase in revenue and accelerated company growth.

As our ideal candidate, you will lead the charge in generating and engaging with business partners to build new business for the company. You are a focused, motivated, and goal-oriented individual with strong communication and interpersonal skills. You thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and possess a demonstrated ability to execute strategies that deliver results.

In this role, you will work across a wide range of industry sectors, managing multiple client campaigns and representing their brand and vision. You will be on the front lines, making cold calls, and setting up highly qualified meetings with their ideal target market to help rapidly increase their sales pipeline. You will also be responsible for identifying partnership opportunities, cultivating strong relationships, and ensuring KPIs are met.

To succeed in this role

You should have at least 2 years of business development / sales experience

A proven track record of executing successful development strategies.

Have a hunger for personal and company growth

Eager to develop your sales skills with seasoned sales experts

Have a passion for working with forward-thinking companies.
