About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Officer to join our team on a part-time or casual basis, with the opportunity to move into a full-time position. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in accounting processes and hands-on experience using Xero, particularly the Projects module.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounts payable and receivable

Data entry and reconciliations

Payroll processing

Tracking project costs using Xero Projects

Supporting general accounting and admin tasks

Requirements:

Proven experience in a similar role

Proficient in Xero accounting software, including the Projects module

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Good communication and organisational skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
