Based at our head office in Bentley, we are currently seeking a dedicated Accounts Officer to join our small, friendly finance team.

The Role
This part-time position is for 3 set days per week (Tue-Thu) and will see you supporting the financial operations of the group. Your responsibilities will include:

Processing accounts payable and receivable invoices

Receipting payments and following up outstanding debtors

Reconciling bank and supplier statements

Assisting as backup in payroll processing

Preparing financial and administrative reports

Performing other tasks as required by management

About You

A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar accounts role

Strong skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel

Experience using Xero (essential)

Familiarity with Employment Hero (advantageous)

A reliable, mature and self-motivated attitude

High level of attention to detail

Have excellent communication skills

The ability to work independently and show initiative

A professional, warm and friendly personality and ability to be a team player
