We’re known for quality, and professionalism. As we continue to grow, we’re seeking an experienced Accounts Officer to take ownership of our finance operations reporting directly to the CFO.

JOB ROLE
This is a hands-on, high-responsibility role where you’ll have the opportunity to set up and structure the accounts department from the ground up. You’ll take ownership of the financial function, working independently while receiving ongoing guidance and support from our CFO.

You’ll manage end-to-end financial operations including invoicing, supplier communications, returns, aged receivables, and preparing court documentation when needed. This role is perfect for someone who is confident, proactive, and ready to build systems and processes your way—with leadership backing every step of the journey.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Accounts Payable:

Process supplier invoices, prepare statement ready for payments, and staff reimbursements

Data Entry:

Enter purchase orders, job data, and deliveries into SimPRO

Returns & Credits:

Coordinate returns and track supplier credits

Admin Support:

Maintain digital records, manage inbox, and assist the CFO with reporting

Accounts Receivable:

Assist with invoicing preparation

Manage aged receivables

Prepare and lodge court documents for overdue accounts when needed

REQUIREMENTS

Experience in accounts payable/receivable

Confidence in handling legal documents and lodging court submissions

Working knowledge of SimPRO or similar job management systems

Exceptional attention to detail and time management

Willingness to work overtime during peak periods

Valid driver’s license
