About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and highly organised Parts Co-ordinator to take charge of ordering, receiving, and managing parts across multiple vehicle modification builds. You will work closely with our technicians, production manager, and admin team to ensure parts arrive on time and our builds stay on track.

This is a vital role for keeping our workshop efficient and our clients moving.

Key Responsibilities

Source, order and track parts for individual work orders and projects

Liaise with suppliers to manage lead times, backorders, and pricing

Check incoming deliveries and ensure correct stock levels

Maintain accurate inventory records and parts locations

Work with the Production Manager to prioritise urgent jobs

Prepare parts kits for technicians and label them clearly

Assist with warranty and returns processing where required

Contribute to continuous improvement of parts systems

What We're Looking For

Experience in parts, inventory, or procurement (automotive preferred)

Minimum 2 years' experience in parts, inventory, or procurement (automotive preferred)

Strong attention to detail and a process-driven mindset

Confidence using software for ordering and stock management

Excellent communication skills with both suppliers and internal teams

A self-starter who takes pride in clean, organised systems

Forklift licence a plus (but not essential)

Current valid Australian driver's licence required

Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel for inventory management
