Part-Time Receptionist
Voted franchise of the year, Endota spa Geelong is looking for a warm, organised and motivated part time receptionist to join our team to help deliver exceptional client experiences, maintain a well presented spa environment and focus on creating a community where our team and clients can feel welcomed, uplifted and experience ultimate wellness.

About the role:

Part-time – approx. 31 hours per week

4-day work week: Monday, Wednesday, Friday & Saturday

Includes a late night and Saturdays

Based at our beautiful endota Geelong location

What You’ll Be Doing:

Welcoming clients and managing the front desk

Handling bookings, calls, emails, and daily scheduling

Supporting a fast-paced team and ensure a smooth flow of the day

Maintain a calm, clean and professional space

Ensuring every guest has a seamless, positive experience

You’ll Need To:

Be self-motivated and show initiative

Be highly organised and time-focused

Have a strong focus on customer service and communication

Work well under pressure and within a team

Bring a positive, professional attitude to every shift

Spa and beauty experience preferred
