With over 1,000 square metres of serene, refined space – including our beautifully designed bathhouse – we’re bringing a fresh level of indulgence and wellbeing to the Mornington Peninsula. We’re seeking enthusiastic Spa Reservations and Receptionists who are ready to help us create extraordinary wellness journeys for every guest.

What We’re Looking For:

Customer-Centric Approach: Warmly welcome guests, handle enquiries, and support each guest’s unique wellness journey.

Service & Retail Excellence: Confidently recommend spa services and retail products, with an ability to meet sales targets and enhance guests’ experiences.

Efficiency and Organisation: Skillfully manage phone and email bookings, accurately update reservations, and support team goals.

Financial Precision: Process payments and maintain accurate records with attention to detail.

Team Spirit: Work collaboratively and supportively with your teammates to reach business goals.

Flexibility: Availability to work weekends and accommodate shift requirements.

Preferred: Experience with spa or wellness management systems is a plus.
