About the Role
This is a senior skin role for a clinical thinker with intuitive touch. At Blanc Spa, facials are outcome-led and rhythmically delivered. We see skin as systemic - connected to gut, stress, recovery, and self. This role leads that philosophy.

You’ll take charge of advanced skin programs, long-term planning, and partnering with clients on real, lasting transformations. You'll also play a role in mentoring a highly collaborative team of ambitious therapists.

Who You Are
Senior dermal or spa therapist with 3+ years’ experience in high-end settings
Expert in clinical skin correction and holistic consultation
Outcome-focused, with a track record of client care, rebooking, and long-term results
Emotionally intelligent, curious, and collaborative
Holds a Diploma in Beauty Therapy; further dermal qualifications ideal
Full Australian working rights
