Front of House Receptionist
As the first point of contact for our customers your warmth and professionalism will set the tone for our exceptional levels of customer service.

What we’re looking for:

An individual with outstanding phone etiquette and communication skills. Previous experience running front of house and managing phones for a high-end, professional salon is essential.

Ability to help recommend and identify customers pain points and needs.

Warm, engaging people skills to make every guest feel special the moment they walk in.

Confident with booking systems, calendar optimisations and day-to-day salon admin.

This is a role for someone who takes pride in creating a 5-star first impression and thrives in a busy, supportive team.

🌱 Salon Assistant / Apprentice
As an assistant or apprentice with Privé, your responsibilities are far greater than just cleaning and making the tea. You are the backbone of support for our stylists and are integral for the 5-star experience we are renowned for.

The Role:

Support our high-performing team with washing hair, dry offs and styling whilst keeping our beautiful salon running smoothly, ensuring guests are welcomed and taken care of with complimentary food and drinks from our Organic Menu.

Enjoy extensive training and in-salon education within work hours, so you grow while you earn.

Be mentored by a team of talented professionals committed to results, customer satisfaction and supporting one another.
