Join a highly skilled and experienced academic dermatology practice close to the CBD, dedicated to providing excellent patient care and delivering the utmost standard of service. Our Practice is seeking a casual junior to assist in the preparation of the consulting rooms at the beginning or end of the consulting day.

Qualifications & experience

Experience with computer software, competent keyboard skills and a good grasp of systems and procedures particular to a medical practice

Ability to work as part of a team and individually

An eye for detail and an ability to multi-task and cope well under pressure

Possession of a caring and compassionate manner, along with a positive attitude and absolute discretion

The ability to communicate appropriately with doctors, patients and the team is essential

Tasks & responsibilities

opening and closing the practice

preparing the practice and consulting rooms for the following day

assisting doctors, nursing staff and other admin staff where necessary

available for a 6:30am start or late finish 6:30pm
