your role
This is a hands-on Executive Assistant role supporting the Sales Director across high-profile sales and leasing campaigns. You’ll manage diaries, inspections, marketing, submissions, contracts, and client inquiries while also driving PR activity, database updates, invoicing, and budgets. A fast-paced, varied role with high exposure across the business.

your advantage
The following skills and experience are highly advantageous:

• Proven EA or experience, ideally within a real estate or professional services environment
• Strong written communication and proofing skills
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to work independently
• Strong computer skills across Word, Excel, database systems and Mailchimp
• Knowledge of legislation relevant to the real estate industry, including the Retail Leases Act 2003
• High attention to detail, excellent time management, and strong organisational skills
