Job Overview
As a Medical Software Sales Representative, you will play a critical role in expanding Akuru's market presence. You’ll develop and execute sales strategies, conduct engaging product demonstrations, and foster strong relationships with healthcare professionals, ensuring i-scribe meets their needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies for prospecting, lead generation, and closing sales.
- Conduct in-person and virtual demonstrations of Akuru’s i-scribe software to medical professionals.
- Clearly articulate the features and benefits of i-scribe, tailoring your approach to meet each client’s needs.
- Convert prospects from trial to subscription, achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers in healthcare and technology sectors.
- Provide feedback from clients to the product development team, helping shape future updates.
- Represent Akuru professionally, fostering positive relationships with current and prospective clients.
We’re looking for a candidate who is:
- Energetic and enthusiastic, with a passion for healthcare and technology.
- Sales-oriented and results-driven, with a clear understanding of the sales process and a proven track record of high performance.
- Tech-savvy, with experience in CRM tools (HubSpot advantageous) and an ability to simplify technical details for non-technical audiences.
- An excellent communicator, with strong presentation, listening, and relationship-building skills.
- Adaptable and entrepreneurial, thriving in a fast-paced, agile startup environment.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 2+ years in a sales role, including outbound prospecting.
- Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales budgets.
- Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.
- Australian citizen or valid work permit.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3+ years in technology or healthcare sales, including product demonstration leadership.
- Experience selling tech or SaaS products in healthcare or related fields.
- Familiarity with AI applications or healthcare technology.
