What You’ll Be Doing

This is a dynamic, hands-on role that combines customer service, sales support and admin!

Be the first point of contact for customers across phone, email and live chat

Provide accurate info on products, pricing, stock and delivery times

Log and manage all interactions in HubSpot CRM

Process orders and track fulfilment using EXO ERP

Prepare quotes and handle special requests for the sales team

Proactively follow up on quotes, check in with dormant customers and share relevant promotions during quieter periods

Coordinate returns and warranty queries, ensuring a smooth customer experience

Support internal reporting and contribute to a high-performing, customer-first team

What You’ll Bring

2+ years in sales support, trade supply or a similar service environment.

Previous experience with HVAC systems and components

Strong communication skills and great phone/email etiquette

Confident using systems & experience with HubSpot CRM and EXO ERP is a bonus

High attention to detail and excellent time management

A can-do mindset, you’re organised, adaptable and solution-focused

Experience in B2B support, trade or technical environments (ideal but not essential)
