Chadwick Forklifts (2021 HRIA Rental Company of the year) is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative (CSR) to grow our end user segment. This segment excludes our Tier 1 hire / rental equipment companies and also excludes building/construction end user companies. The role will focus on driving business growth by identifying and pursuing new opportunities in the end user sales, rental and service markets. The focus will be on attracting new clients, building relationships and developing/execute strategies to increase revenue. A Chadwick Forklifts CSR (End User Segment) would also research and seek other opportunities to grow market share both within and outside of CFL’s traditional markets. We are after someone who is self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently. Some industry experience is ideal but not essential. The role will report to directly to the CEO.

Roles and Responsibilities

This position will primarily be responsible for new customer acquisition that results in increases in utilisation, rental and service revenue (in the end user sales, rental and service markets).

Your role will also involve but is not limited to the following:

Identifying and Pursuing New (cold call) Business Opportunities / generating new accounts within the End User Segment - this includes door-to-door and phone sales

Developing and Implementing Strategies / strategic thinking

Building and Managing Client Relationships

Sales and Revenue Forecasting and quoting as needed

Assist with marketing (including but not limited to cold calling, telesales, e-sales)

Market Research and Trend Analysis

Negotiating and Closing Deals

Networking with HRIA and other industry bodies

Alligning with our customer first philosophy in line with CFL culture and values

Support CEO / BM as needed

Role will report to the CEO and will be based out of both offices (Braeside and Sunshine West) and road

For the right candidate, on offer in:

Base salary of $75,000 + super

Commissions of up to $20,000 (OTE $95,000)
