ABOUT THE ROLE

Reporting to the Finance Coordinator and working closely with General Manager Business, this position

forms part of the Finance Team.

This position is responsible for purchasing includes and not limited to:

Purchasing – responsible for purchasing in accordance with Wungening purchasing policy.

Schedule maintenance - responsible for scheduling the repairs and maintenance of Wungening facilities.

Back fill the Finance Coordinator.

ESSENTIAL SELECTION CRITERIA

Purchasing Experience

Good judgment and decision making are essential

Facilities Management in maintaining repairs and maintenance

Demonstrated Accounts Payable knowledge and experience

Demonstrated experience in keeping records

Demonstrated ability to use initiative and organisational skills including time management

Well-developed keyboarding and computer skills including a working knowledge of QuickBooks, Excel and Microsoft word

High attention to detail

Good verbal and written skills

Positive, hard-working with a can-do attitude

PRE-EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTS

WA Working with Children Card

National Police Clearance (dated within the last 3 months)

Department of Justice Screening (we'll help successful candidates apply)

WA Drivers License
