Carers Queensland is seeking a skilled Data and Applications Developer to join our dynamic Business Intelligence team.

About The Role
This role is central to supporting our digital transformation. You will design and develop user-friendly applications, integrate business systems, and manage data platforms that enable informed decision-making across the organisation.
You’ll work with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate), Dynamics 365 Sales, Business Central, HRIS and Azure services to deliver solutions that streamline processes, improve data quality, and support service delivery excellence.
What we are looking for
- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365 Sales.
- Strong understanding of APIs, JSON/XML, and integration tools.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Azure services.
- Knowledge of data governance, data modelling, and business intelligence reporting using Power BI.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- A passion for inclusive, ethical, and impactful digital solutions.
