With the team at Lynkz growing we are now looking for an experienced, enthusiastic and driven Business Development Manager to join the team.

About the role:
As an BDM at Lynkz you will be working to accelerate the growth of our business in Queensland across all verticals. Supported by the leadership team. The role requires a seasoned sales professional who is comfortable selling/positioning Software Development services and AI solutions for our current and new customers.

What you will do:

Identify Opportunities across all verticals in QLD and develop a list of target accounts

Develop measurable, strategic sales plans for your target accounts and identify required resources

Build, run and lead accurate pipeline and forecasts

Manage current and net new clients

What will you bring:

3 - 7 years Sales experience in Software Development / AI Solutions or SaaS servcies

Selling to medium to large organisation's highly regarded

The ability to understand complex business environments and uncover customer issues, process problems, and translate need into business opportunities

A strong ability to demonstrate value propositions & ROI in sophisticated environments to a wide variety of individuals; technical and/or executive audiences

A strong results-oriented personality, self-motivated and self-managing

The ability to sell custom / bespoke Software Development Services to all clients

Executive presentation and communication skills

Proven ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
