We're building a new in-house team to take ownership of CRM and front-end web execution - and we need a hands-on CRM & Web Developer to bring campaigns to life.

You'll build responsive emails in Iterable, create web content using Builder.io, and work closely with marketing, data, and engineering teams to deliver customer journeys across ANZ and the UK.

This team is also exploring ways to enhance its workflows with AI and automation, a chance to shape how modern marketing gets built.

What You’ll Be Doing

Email & CRM Campaigns:

• Build and test responsive HTML emails in Iterable based on Figma designs
• Set up one-off campaigns and automated customer journeys
• Run A/B tests, manage tracking links, and QA across devices and email clients, including dark mode

Front-End Web Content:

• Update and build pages/components with Builder.io and Contentful
• Translate Figma designs into pixel-perfect, responsive components
• Troubleshoot display and functionality issues with the Technical Lead

What You’ll Bring

• Experience in digital production, CRM execution, or front-end web development
• Strong proficiency in HTML/CSS, especially responsive email builds
• Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (Iterable is a plus; others like Braze, Mailchimp, Campaign Monitor are also valuable)
• Experience with CMS platforms such as Builder.io and Contentful
• Skilled in using Figma for design inspection and asset extraction
• Eagerness to develop your skills in CRM and web technologies
