Mid North Coast builder Baygrove Designer Homes are seeking a professional and personable Display Home Host and Customer Service Representative to join us on a part-time basis working 4 days per week in a position commencing the first week of September 2025.

You’ll play a vital role in creating a welcoming environment and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Duties & responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer service and assist the Sales Consultant to increase our company’s growth through sales maximisation and client satisfaction

Act as the first point of contact for visitors to our New Display Home

Support our Sales Consultant by managing leads, performing administrative duties, and helping potential homebuyers take their first step toward owning a Baygrove Designer Home

Qualify client needs and guide them toward suitable home designs that meet their lifestyle, budget, and preferences

Identify and schedule appointments for client consultations with the Sales Consultant

Assist with ongoing customer follow-ups via phone and email, ensuring all leads are nurtured and accurately recorded in the opportunities database

Help manage house and land package materials and maintain accurate information on land availability

Assist with plan preparation, including custom design requests and modifications

Maintain strong relationships with clients, both pre and post-sale

Experience & attributes:

Prior experience in Real Estate, Sales, and/or the Construction industry

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-first approach

Ability to quickly and professionally determine the needs of customers in a friendly, non-invasive manner

Familiarity with reading and interpreting home design plans

Technological proficiency and strong computer & administrative skills

Keen abilities managing multiple client needs simultaneously

Comfort when working independently and collaboratively within a sales team

Availability to work varied hours, including weekends (typically every Sunday and every second Saturday)

Current National Police Clearance and valid Working with Children Check
