We are working with a national leader in crane and lifting solutions who specialise in the dry hire of mobile and crawler cranes across mining, renewables, construction and major government infrastructure projects. With a modern fleet and a strong reputation for safety and reliability, they are well positioned to continue growing their presence across the east coast.

As part of their next phase of growth, they are now seeking an experienced and commercially minded National Business Development Manager to drive strategic hire partnerships and secure long term relationships across the eastern seaboard.

Key responsibilities

Develop and implement the national business development strategy

Build and maintain key relationships with contractors and project stakeholders

Identify and secure long term dry hire agreements

Lead pricing strategy, tender responses and commercial negotiations

Represent the business at industry events, project meetings and client presentations

About you

Proven background in crane hire, equipment hire or heavy plant

Technical knowledge of cranes and their application in major projects

Confident working with Tier 1 and Tier 2 contractors

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Ability to travel as required across QLD, NSW and VIC
