About the Opportunity
This is a standout opportunity to join a leading Australian developer known for its bold vision and luxury design ethos. With several high-end fit-outs underway across their national wellness brand, our client are seeking an experienced Project Manager to take the lead on multiple exciting projects.

Reporting to the Senior Construction Manager and working closely with the General Manager, Interior Design team, and broader development division, you’ll manage end-to-end project delivery from feasibility to handover — ensuring quality, timing, and cost outcomes are met across the board.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver 2–3 high-end fit-out projects concurrently
• Develop and manage project programs, budgets, and consultant teams
• Coordinate D&C processes and contract documentation
• Lead consultant and contractor meetings, reporting and compliance
• Conduct site inspections and proactively manage quality and risk
• Drive project performance while identifying cost-saving opportunities
• Ensure a smooth transition from construction to operations

What You’ll Bring

• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Project Manager or similar
• Relevant tertiary qualifications (Construction, Architecture, Property or similar)
• Experience in built form project delivery (retail, hospitality, wellness a plus)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong understanding of project feasibility, programming, and procurement
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with strong attention to detail
