About the role:
We are seeking 2 x permanent full-time Administration Officers to provide support to frontline staff and operational leaders by ensuring administrative systems, compliance records, and regulatory documentation are maintained in an accurate, timely, and confidential manner. This position plays a critical role in upholding the integrity of compliance processes across Thrive House’s Child Safety and NDIS services.
What you'll do:
You will be responsible for a broad range of admin tasks, including:
Document management and control, including ongoing maintenance of records to ensure compliance
Assisting with the maintenance and preparation of data and documentation for internal and external audits, licensing and quality reviews
Collating data to assist with submission of documentation to NDIS Services and Child Safety
General admin duties, including filing, scanning, photocopying, maintaining shared inboxes, and responding to queries in a timely manner
Providing general admin assistance to team leader and frontline support staff
Proactively identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and participate in team projects.
What we're looking for:
Certificate III in Business Admin, Community Services, or similar (desirable)
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position
Understanding of regulatory requirements across NDIS and licensed care services
Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal and customer service skills and the capacity to deal confidently and courteously with people at all levels
Ability to work collaboratively as part of team in a dynamic work environment
Strong organisational skills, the ability to successfully complete several tasks concurrently, maintaining high levels of attention to detail whilst meeting deadlines.
Compliance requirements
Current Blue Card (or willing to apply)
Criminal history screening - prescribed notice yellow card (or willing to apply)
Current Licensed Care Service (LCS)
Current valid Queensland driver license (unrestricted)
