Lawson Elliott Recruitment is partnering with a fast-growing and dynamic construction business in the search for a proactive and organised Office Administrator. This newly created role is a fantastic opportunity to become a key support to the Operations Manager, playing an essential part in the day-to-day running's of the business.
Reporting to the Operations Manager, your key responsibilities will be, but are definitely not limited to:
Supporting the Operations Manager with daily administrative tasks
Data entry
Maintaining records
Preparing reports
Assisting with project documentation, procurement, and job tracking
Handling general office duties to keep everything running efficiently
Liaising with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal staff as required
Support the HR team when required with paperwork, bookings and record management
Ad-hoc duties as required
Ideal Candidate:
Proven work experience in Office Administrator or similar role
Construction industry experience (highly desirable but not required)
A positive attitude and the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
Must be comfortable with repetitive data entry tasks
Strong attention to detail and excellent organisation skills
Clear and confident communication skills
Intermediate skillset with excel
