The Role:

Are you an experienced tax adviser looking to escape the compliance hamster wheel?

We’re looking for a commercially minded, client-facing leader who can drive tax strategy, build lasting business relationships, and deliver measurable client outcomes.

As our new Business Client Development & Tax Manager, you’ll step into a high-impact role where you’re trusted to lead, supported to grow, and rewarded for results.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Building a portfolio of SME clients ($500k–$5M turnover)

Deliver strategic tax planning, business improvement and wealth strategies

Run quarterly insight meetings and business performance reviews

Create and close bundled service proposals (tax, FP, SMSF, lending)

Collaborate with in-house bookkeeping, tax, mortgage, and financial planning teams

Help clients reduce tax, build wealth, and scale sustainably
