Position Summary:
We’re seeking a Technology Success & Business Development Manager to join our team. In this dual role, you will:
Act as a Technology Success Manager (TSM), providing strategic IT direction, aligning client technology business outcomes, and ensuring measurable outcomes.
Drive new business development, identifying and closing opportunities that grow our recurring revenue base.
You’ll play a critical part in regional expansion throughout the Latrobe Valley and East Gippsland, as well as client retention and business growth.
What You’ll Be Doing
Deliver client Business Technology Reviews (QBRs), roadmaps, and advice that drive strategic outcomes.
Manage contract renewals and ensure no expired agreements.
Prospect and close new clients, achieving defined monthly/quarterly targets.
Collaborate with the service delivery team to ensure we deliver what we promise.
Attend relevant client and industry events to strengthen relationships.
What We’re Looking For
3+ years in a client-facing technical or strategic IT role (e.g., vCIO, Account Manager).
2+ years in business development or solution sales, ideally in an MSP environment.
Familiarity with IT managed services, cybersecurity frameworks (Essential 8, ISO27001, SMB 1001), and the Microsoft ecosystem.
Ability to engage with business owners and executives, building trust and influencing outcomes.
Process-driven with a strong sense of accountability and self-motivation.
