The Role:
Our client is a Financial planning company that is seeking a switched-on and dynamic Admin assistant with exceptional organisational skills to support their busy workflow. This position is Monday to Friday, fulltime.
Duties will include, but are not limited to the following:
New Business Applications (Superannuation, Pension, Investment accounts)
Assist with administrative queries requested by clients/advisers.
Processing insurance new applications, claims or alterations.
Booking clients in for Annual reviews and management of adviser diary
Preparation of advice presentation documents
Attending weekly meeting
Ensure compliance is maintained consistently
Other administrative tasks may be required
Essential Criteria:
The ideal candidate will have experience in working within a fast-paced environment, and the ability to manage a busy and varied workload with competing deadlines.
2-3 years experience in similar role within financial planning
Excellent phone manner and communication skills
Able to build and maintain strong relationships with client
Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask
Willingness to work as part of a team and assist with various tasks as required
Professional presentation
