The Opportunity
Are you an experienced Level 2 Helpdesk or Desktop Support Engineer ready to deepen your capabilities in end-user computing and device lifecycle management? This is your next step. Based onsite with our enterprise clients across Sydney, you’ll represent the AC3 brand, solve complex IT challenges, and help shape the future of digital workspaces.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Deliver exceptional onsite technical support focused on digital workplace and end-user computing environments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, OS, application, and connectivity issues across desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
- Manage device deployment, imaging, patching, and lifecycle through tools like Intune, SCCM, and Autopilot.
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to align tech delivery with operational needs and business goals.
- Contribute to project rollouts and technology upgrades with minimal disruption to users.
- Drive service excellence by documenting processes and mentoring junior techs.
What You’ll Bring
- 2-3+ years in a Level 1-2 IT support or desktop engineering role, ideally in a customer-facing environment.
- Proficiency in Windows 10/11, Office 365, Active Directory, Intune, SCCM, and common device management tools.
- Working knowledge of macOS, iOS/Android, VPNs, and remote support platforms.
- A proactive mindset with strong troubleshooting and customer service skills.
- Excellent communication, time management, and an ability to adapt in fast-paced enterprise environments.
- Relevant industry certifications (Microsoft, CompTIA, ITIL) are a bonus.
