We’re seeking a motivated and creative individual to support our lead stylists and creative director with the delivery, installation, and pack-up of property styling projects across Sydney.

About the Role:
As a key part of the Allure Property Styling team, you'll assist in:

Selecting and preparing furniture and décor for each staging project

Packing and loading soft furnishings, décor, and lighting for installations

Helping install and arrange furniture and accessories on-site

Collaborating with the removals team during bump-in and pack-down

Checking returned items for cleanliness, damage, or missing pieces

Reporting any discrepancies to the Lead Stylist or Creative Director

Maintaining organisation and cleanliness of stock in the warehouse

About You:
This role is ideal for someone with a background in styling, visual merchandising, or customer service—but full training is provided, so experience isn’t essential.

You should be:

Creative with a keen eye for detail

Organised and proactive

Comfortable with physical work and being on your feet

A team player with a can-do attitude

Must have permanent Australian work rights or valid working visa
