Faresin Australia PTY LTD is the Australian Branch of the Italian Manufacturing Company Faresin Formwork. We operate through two branches, one located in Prospect (NSW) and the other one in Luscombe (QLD) with offices based in Prospect (NSW). Our business activities are mainly in Formwork projects, residential and civil projects for T1 companies and big / medium sub-contractors. Our primary objective is always to give the best solution to the client to make easy the workforce activities in the job site using our products. We work close to our client for technical assistance, problem solving, new solutions for time assembly / material costs reduction.

Job description:

We are currently seeking a dedicated and motivated Junior Design Engineer to join our team in our branch located in Prospect (NSW) and a dedicated and motivated Junior Design Engineer to join our team in our branch located in Luscombe (QLD).

As a Junior Design Engineer, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

1. Make structural calculations applied to formwork design.

2. Provide assembly drawings of formwork and related list of materials.

3. Job site assistance to the client.

4. Design customized steel items for detail technical solution.

5.Problem solving in relation to residential and civil formwork design.

6. Deal with third party engineer for formwork design review.

7. Provide “workable” design solutions to complex situations.

8. Estimating and taking off lists.

No restrictions on working in Australia

Previous experience formwork design (desirable but not essential)

Driver’s License (Essential)
