This is an ideal opportunity for a Chef de Partie who thrives in a collaborative, high-output kitchen. You'll be working with a tight-knit, professional crew in a venue that operates 7 days a week, delivering consistently great food in a fast-paced, waterfront setting. If you love casual dining done well and can stay cool under pressure - this is for you.

What We're Looking For

Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Senior Commis

Confidence running your section during busy services

Willingness to jump in and support across the kitchen as needed

Comfortable in a high-volume kitchen - speed, cleanliness, and consistency are essential

Passionate about quality produce and casual food with flavour

Strong communicator with a calm, team-focused approach

Flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays

Full Australian working rights - no sponsorship available

Reliable transport to and from Manly / Northern Beaches
