The role

We currently have a permanent, full-time opportunity available for a Relationship Manager.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for building, developing, and leveraging relationships with employers and key stakeholders to ensure a positive experience and high levels of satisfaction.

You’ll play a key role in shaping and implementing strategic engagement plans, driving member and employer engagement, and reinforcing GESB’s reputation as a trusted superannuation provider. This includes delivering impactful seminars and webinars, managing strategic portfolios, and identifying opportunities for business development and enhanced stakeholder relationships.

As our Relationship Manager, you will bring:

Stakeholder Engagement: Proven ability to build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Strategic Planning and Execution: Demonstrated ability to develop, implement, and manage strategic relationship plans aligned with organisational goals

Communication and Presentation Skills: Highly developed communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with proven experience delivering seminars, webinars, and workshops both in-person and digitally to diverse audiences

Industry Experience: A minimum of five years’ experience in relationship management within the superannuation and/or financial services sectors

Qualifications and Compliance: RG 146 compliant or currently working towards certification
