The role

We currently have a permanent, full-time opportunity available for an Education Manager.

In this role, you’ll design and deliver engaging education initiatives across GESB’s suite of superannuation products and services, helping to drive positive member experiences, satisfaction, and long-term engagement.

You’ll play a key role in strategic engagement planning, contribute to employer relationship management, and champion continuous improvement in our education offerings. With a strong focus on collaboration, stakeholder engagement, and digital enablement, you’ll help shape and deliver impactful education that supports member growth and retention across the WA public sector.

As our Education Manager, you will bring:

Stakeholder Engagement: Proven ability to build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Communication and Presentation Skills: Highly developed communication, and presentation skills, with proven experience delivering seminars, webinars, and workshops both in-person and digitally to diverse audiences

Industry Experience: A minimum of three years’ experience within the superannuation and/or financial services sectors

Qualifications and Compliance: RG 146 compliant or currently working towards certification
